Morning

I don't like to moan about seeing the sun, but is anyone else experiencing that its affecting their RA?

I've been aching more than usual and today my elbows are swollen and wrist are sore. Sad I've decided to call in sick at work, which is now worrying me as i have next week off as holiday!

Louise

I can't stand the cold and also can't stand the heat. I am a 15 degrees girl. I was told that the high air pressure when it is hot can make joint pain worse.

As Dorothy says, listen to your body. If you need to rest then so be it. Pushing yourself is only going to make it worse.

Take care

Jackie

Hi Lou

Me too- knee and wrists been bad since hot weather started. Also had 2 mozzie bites on my arm which have really spread and affected a large area. Always happens since I started on mtx- never had a problem before.

Not ocmplaining too much though- can't do much but it's nice to be able to sit in the gardenBigGrin
